Meet Our Practitioners
Courtney Hammer, D.C.
Dr. Courtney Hammer first discovered the effectiveness of chiropractic when she started suffering from daily headaches in high school. After months with no relief, she tried chiropractic care, and, within two weeks, her headaches were gone! Even though she was born and raised in southern Oregon, she fell in love with the Pacific Northwest while attending college on Whidbey Island. After graduating from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, she returned to the Seattle area. Skilled in manual manipulation and activator adjustments, patients appreciate her gentle and effective touch. When she is not in clinic, Dr. Hammer loves spending time outside, going on hikes with her family, and taking her dogs for long walks.
Stephen Baldwin, D.C.
Dr. Baldwin moved to the Northwest after graduating from the Chiropractic College of Life University in 1991 (Marietta, GA). He soon opened his own clinic (Baldwin Chiropractic) in Snohomish, WA – where he now cares for patients as Clearview Wellness Center, PLLC. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of problems created by the misalignment of vertebrae, he treats the full spine using a variety of techniques (from gentle to firm), which have been perfected over his thirty plus years of experience. A real adventurer, Dr. Baldwin has enjoyed challenging himself in mountain and glacier climbing (summited Mt. Rainer and Mt. Baker numerous times), hang gliding, and even boxing. When not at the clinic, he enjoys horseback trail riding, flying as a private and IFR-certified pilot, working and playing in the outdoors, and photographing wildlife on his property.
Jeff Waldrop, DC, CCSP®, FMT-C
Dr. Jeff Waldrop grew up locally, graduating with honors from Bothell High School and then earning a Bachelor of Science degree in math/biology from Saint Mary’s College of California. An Eagle Scout, he is a 2000 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. Dr. Waldrop successfully undertook the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners tests, as well as the Massachusetts and Washington state licensing examinations for chiropractors.
In addition, he obtained the postgraduate designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians® (ACBSP). Earning this prestigious designation required him to complete a 120-hour postgraduate program specific to physical fitness and the evaluation and treatment of sports injuries. Dr. Waldrop has attained certification in the Graston Technique® of soft tissue mobilization as well as advanced certification in Functional Movement Taping®. Additionally, he is a specialist in extremity adjusting, biomechanical foot disorders and custom orthotics.
Dr. Waldrop believes strongly in finding and treating the cause of health problems, not merely the symptoms. He emphasizes listening to his patient’s concerns, and helping them attain optimal posture and spinal alignment in order to achieve improvements in pain and function.
Dr. Waldrop owned and operated his own successful chiropractic practice in Massachusetts for several years before relocating back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his family. He is pleased to work with Clearview Wellness Center in a group setting which allows him to utilize a wide variety of treatment options in order to assist more people in regaining their health and vitality. He enjoys helping people of all ages and backgrounds and invites you to come in to the office and learn what chiropractic has to offer.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Waldrop enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with the Boy Scouts, being physically active outdoors, photography and cooking.

Tori Isenhart, LMT
Tori Isenhart, LMT, grew up in the country near Sumas and loves her small town roots. She graduated from Bothell High School. Among other jobs, she worked in medical (and chiropractic) clinics on the administration side. Eventually, she knew she had to get out of that chair and into the treatment room, providing massage. Since graduating from Everest College (massage school) with honors, she has enjoyed treating clients with her own massage technique, which she developed over many years of experience.
Jennifer Mason, LMT

Zac Nolan, LMT
Zac began his massage career in 2009 after finishing his education at Bellevue Massage School. By targeting specific congestion areas, he is able to restore proper circulation, reduce muscle tension, and eliminate pain. He is excited to work with you and to explore how we can best restore comfort and well-being to your life.
