Meet Our Practitioners
Courtney Hammer, D.C.
Dr. Courtney Hammer first discovered the effectiveness of chiropractic when she started suffering from daily headaches in high school. After months with no relief, she tried chiropractic care, and, within two weeks, her headaches were gone! Even though she was born and raised in southern Oregon, she fell in love with the Pacific Northwest while attending college on Whidbey Island. After graduating from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, she returned to the Seattle area. Skilled in manual manipulation and activator adjustments, patients appreciate her gentle and effective touch. When she is not in clinic, Dr. Hammer loves spending time outside, going on hikes with her family, and taking her dogs for long walks.
Ben McCay, D.C.
As a physician, Dr. Ben McCay’s primary goal is to empower patients to take health into their own hands. Whether it is sleeping better at night, functioning better as an athlete, or improving performance at work, he is committed to helping patients achieve a higher quality of life through pain relief. In 2014, Dr. McCay became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, a distinction awarded through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Dr. McCay received his undergrad degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington. Though that field of study was interesting, he finds more fulfillment in helping others to make health improvements that affect the areas of life that matter most.
Stephen Baldwin, D.C.
Dr. Baldwin moved to the Northwest after graduating from the Chiropractic College of Life University in 1991 (Marietta, GA). He soon opened his own clinic (Baldwin Chiropractic) in Snohomish, WA – where he now cares for patients as Clearview Wellness Center, PLLC. Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of problems created by the misalignment of vertebrae, he treats the full spine using a variety of techniques (from gentle to firm), which have been perfected over his twenty plus years of experience. A real adventurer, Dr. Baldwin has enjoyed challenging himself in mountain and glacier climbing (has summited Mt. Rainer and Mt. Baker numerous times), hang gliding, and even boxing, including two professional fights and 28 amateur fights as a light-middle weight. When not at the clinic, he enjoys horseback trail riding, flying as a private and IFR-certified pilot (specializing in mountain canyon high-density altitude back country flying), working and playing in the outdoors, and photographing wildlife on his property.

Dr. Way is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist, and has been in practice since 1993. Her undergraduate studies include an Associate of Arts Degree from Shoreline Community College in 1988 with an emphasis in chemical engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Sciences from Bastyr University in 1993. She graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1993. Dr. Way has been a certified Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner since 2003. In her free time, Dr. Way enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, sewing and painting.
Becky Dreyer, LMT
Becki Dreyer, LMT, graduated from Renton Technical College in 2009. Her specialty is deep tissue, carefully targeting your stubborn areas, with a focus on headaches, whiplash, and treatment work. She aims to provide the most relief possible for each session. She is also versed in pregnancy and relaxation sessions and works on kids to older folks, whatever stage of life you’re in. In her spare time, she spends as much time as she can with her pups, husband, and stepson adventuring outdoors.
McKenna Kohls, LMT
McKenna graduated from Still Waters Massage University in 2017. There, she found a unique technique that blends deep tissue and treatment massage with a more relaxing Swedish style of massage to help the patient relax enough to allow healing to take place. When McKenna is not working as a massage therapist, she teaches horseback riding lessons, helps raise and train service dogs for individuals with autism and anxiety disorders, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Audrey Linden, LMT
Audrey has been providing healing therapy to a variety of patients since 2008. She graduated with honors from Ashmead College and is particularly sought after for her Deep Tissue Massage. She also offers skills and experience in Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Craniosacral Therapy. As with all our therapists, Audrey also enjoys providing care for patients who simply want to relax. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, hiking, and playing softball.
Jennifer Mason, LMT
Jenny is a graduate of Nevada School of Massage Therapy, including their Master Body Worker Program. Her treatment experience includes personal injuries, car accidents, as well as a 5-star spa. Her specialties include Deep Tissue, treatment for headaches, and Prenatal Massage. She has also had training in Cranial Sacral Therapy.
Megan Padilla, LMT
During her three years working as a Clinic Assistant and X-ray Technician for a Chiropractic Clinic, Megan was inspired by one of their massage therapists, eventually choosing to pursue a career in this healing art. She graduated from Spectrum Massage School in 2018, and worked for a time as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Kinesiology instructor before launching into full-time massage work. She and her husband have many animals, and enjoy hiking, exploring new places, and eating out.
Andalyn Sipress, LMT
Andalyn has been practicing massage therapy since 2007. She creates a custom massage tailored to your needs blending Swedish deep tissue and Lomi Lomi Hawaiin style massage (using forearms and elbows). Though she specializes in motor vehicle accident treatment, she also has experience working in the spa industry, and likes to add a little “spa” treatment to every session with hot towels and hot packs. In her free time, Andalyn enjoys CrossFit, hiking and spending time with her family.
Katy Tawlks, LMT
Katy graduated from the Spectrum Center School of Massage in 2016. All of our massage therapists are hired because of their skill and experience in injury treatment – unusually, Katy’s natural talent qualified her to work at our clinic soon after graduation. Patients love her kind, relaxed manner, as well as her deep tissue and pre-natal massage skills. Like all of our massage therapists, she is also knowledgeable about and can recommend a variety of products and equipment that patients can use at home. Caring and compassionate, it’s not surprising she once worked as a veterinary technician and full-time child care attendant!
